SSS Collective is a Toronto-based heels training program founded by Saskia. Sweet, Selective, Sassy — three words that capture the energy of every session and every dancer who walks through the door.

This isn't just dance. It's seven weeks of finding power in how you move, building confidence one step at a time, and joining a community of women who show up for themselves and each other. Special guests also join throughout the program, bringing fresh energy, new perspectives, and making each session feel bigger than just a class.

Founder & head coach

Toronto-born and on a mission to help women find their power through movement. With over 20 years of dance experience and ten years of heels training, Saskia created SSS Collective as a space rooted in connection, growth, and confidence — where women come together to build both skill and self-worth through movement.

Her first program marks the beginning of a new chapter, focused on supporting each dancer's journey while transforming how you move and how you see yourself in the mirror. Sweet. Selective. Sassy.
